Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team, specializing in the sales of fire and safety products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. This role involves identifying client needs, recommending suitable solutions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and target potential customers in industries such as construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and referrals via Linkedin.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct client meetings to assess fire safety needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Address customer concerns and provide excellent post-sales support.
Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM software.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
