- We are looking for hardworking and ambitious professionals with experience in direct sales, who are looking to grow with the organization to higher professional levels.
- The candidate is expected to do the following:
- Executing Rupeek’s offline sales strategy and achieving related targets
- Meet Rupeek’s prospect customers to help them discover Rupeek’s innovative offerings and convert them into long term customers
- Develop market intelligence through field visits and convey the same to senior management
- Support the execution of marketing initiatives of Rupeek on the field
- Possess a knack for understanding the requirement of the potential customer and tweak the pitch accordingly for better conversions
- Be a master at objection handling
- Loves executing initiatives on the field
- Analytical ability to understand the customer’s requirement and logically address the same in a structured manner
- Perseverance, Self initiation and result orientation are a must
- Freshers and Experience of 1-3 years in field sales with a successful track record
- Good communication in English and Kannada is must.
