Job Description

• We are looking for a result-driven Sales Associate who will be responsible for all sales job duties from generating leads to closing sales. 
• The Sales Associate’s responsibilities include identifying prospective customers, assessing their needs and providing assistance and information on the product features, handling customer queries and closing sales. 
• You are required to generate sales revenue, amounting to 4000 INR on a monthly basis.  
• Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.  
• A top-notch Sales Associate will constantly strive to meet the sales target and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers through multiple channels, Develop and cultivate strong buying and trust relationships with customers that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
  
• Go the extra mile” to drive sales
  
• Cross sell products
  
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, innovative ideas to enhance sales)
  
• Remuneration – You will be paid a fixed base pay of 2000/- INR subject to achieving sales revenue of 4000/- INR per month. 
• You are entitled to a highly generous, uncapped commission structure which will absolutely excite you and this will be paid for every sale generated from your end, forever
• You will be entitled to a commission amount of 100 INR on every product sale you are responsible for bringing in and the percentage of commission is recurring, the details of which will be shared at a later stage. 
• Income is based on the sales generated, which implies that you have an “unlimited earning potential” with no ceiling on your earning whatsoever.
  
• Given below is a table indicating the commission amount that can be earned for your reference.
  
• Note – Kindly note that the standard commission rates is 10% to 15% as per market standards.
  

Preferred

• Solid interpersonal and convincing skills

• A degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
