Job Description
We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Associate that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Associate to assist customers, drive sales, and ensure a great shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Record customer details, inquiries, and feedback accurately in the database
- Follow up with potential clients via phone or email to close sales
- Address customer concerns and objections, providing appropriate solutions
- Composing technical emails and proposal documents in .doc / .xls
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience
- Previous experience in tele-calling or sales is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
