Sales Leadership:
· Drive sales targets and revenue growth through effective strategies.
· Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and ensure consistent performance.
Motivation & Development:
· Lead by example with field visits, calls, and client meetings.
· Mentor, coach, and motivate the team to achieve individual and team targets.
Client Management:
· Build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Act as a point of escalation for high-value or complex client negotiations.
Reporting & Strategy:
· Track KPIs and sales performance.
· Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
· Contribute to sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
