Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and driving sales to meet targets. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement:

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Product Knowledge:

- Educate customers about the benefits of products or services.
Merchandising and Store Maintenance:
- Ensure products are neatly displayed and stock levels are maintained.
- Assist in restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
- Support team members during peak hours and busy periods.
Problem-Solving:
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve problems or escalate them to a supervisor as needed.
