Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator/Executive Assistant to support our sales team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate sales activities, and assist with data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other materials
2. Sales Coordination:
- Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, follow-up, and closure
- Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist with data analysis and reporting, including sales metrics, customer behavior, and market trends
- Prepare and distribute reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to support sales decision-making
4. Excel and Data Management:
- Manage and maintain sales data in Excel, including data entry, formatting, and analysis
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to support sales performance
5. Communication and Collaboration:
- Provide excellent communication and customer service skills, both internally and externally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and operations
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2. 1+ years of experience in sales coordination, executive assistance, or related role
3. Excellent English communication and writing skills
4. Proficient in Excel, including data analysis, formatting, and visualization
