Job Description
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking for a Business Development Executive to work with a set of customers especially in Corporate, BFSI, web hosters and SMB sector. This position is based in Mumbai.
- Ability to develop relationships at CEO and CTO/CIO level and 'read' and access decision makers
- Ability to sell services
- 2-3 years' experience in direct sale preferably in the Same Industry
- Previous business development experience required with proven success in obtaining new Customers and extracting business from the current customer Base.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to network at the executive level
- Ability to determine what is important/applicable to the institution
- Exceptional active listening skills
- Ability to work under pressure or opposition such as deadlines and sales goals
- Computer Skills
- Presentation Skills
- Good Organization and Time Management Skills
- Creativity in building Customer base for the company and to address prospect needs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to travel 50-75%
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying/uncovering the appropriate decision maker(s) within the customer base; establishes relationships with strategic decision makers, uncovering current and potential business needs of decision makers while positioning and selling our products as well as services. Strong focus directed to the selling of Services in hosting products and Cloud 20%
- Search, Develop and groom new customers 15%
- Generate, develop, and create ideas and business plans for a new set of customers and products as well as services to increase and generate NEW revenue streams for CoreIT. 60%.
- Understand and apply industry knowledge to business models, and competitive strategy. Must continue self-education on the customer base, economic trends and the impact on them. 5%
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree in Business or Marketing preferable
- At least 3 years experience in IT sales (business development)
- At least 3 years experience in building and maintaining business relations on C-level
- At least 2 years experience in Hosting and Cloud computing product portfolio or its equivalents
