About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in sales or marketing. The successful candidate will support our sales and marketing departments in executing strategies to promote our chemical products and services.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, preparing proposals, and coordinating sales activities.
Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, organize campaigns, and maintain marketing databases.
Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales figures, customer information, and market trends to support strategic planning.
Event Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
0–1 year of experience in sales or marketing roles; internships or academic projects in related fields are advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
