Role Description:
This is a Full-time Sales Coordinator role located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for CRM(Customer Relationship Management, managing sales inquiries, coordinating sales projects, communicating with clients via calls, emails and messages, and preparing sales reports. This is an on-site position. The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in driving customer satisfaction and sales growth.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong time-management abilities
