Sales Coordinator
Job Overview
A Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. They act as a bridge between the sales team, clients, and other departments, helping to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support & Coordination
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain customer records, sales data, and relevant documents in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, and marketing) to ensure order fulfillment.
- Track sales performance and generate reports for management.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Follow up with clients regarding order status and after-sales service.
3. Administrative & Operational Support
- Schedule meetings, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels related to sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
4. Communication & Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Support sales representatives in achieving their targets by providing necessary information and resources.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or sales support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
