Job Description

Corporate/Counter/tele sales

Client counselling

Admission Coordination

Team Handling / Team Management

Enrolling Students for course offered by the company

Handling inbound and outbound calls, follow-up on enquiry and database

Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his/her requirement

Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure and course details.

Negotiate with customers and close sales

Achieve targets and KPIs

Monitor competitor activity

Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Train and coach team members on selling techniques

Handle customer queries and complaints

Manage and develop a sales team to drive growth and achieve targets

Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective action where necessary
