Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calling and emailing to reach potential clients and generate interest in Cointab's solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through outbound and inbound methods (calls, emails, conferences, events, seminars, and strategic social media initiatives).
Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads by conducting market research and outreach.
Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects, clearly articulating Cointab's value proposition.
Schedule calls and meetings with potential clients, accommodating time zone differences.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation tactics and improve conversion rates.
Stay informed about industry trends to tailor outreach efforts and establish credibility with potential clients.

Who Can Apply:

Graduates with 01+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence.
A proactive mindset, resilience in overcoming objections, and problem-solving skills.
Strong time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Client empathy and a client-centric approach.
Familiarity with SaaS products or a willingness to develop deep expertise in them.
Knowledge of CRM tools or sales automation platforms is a plus.
Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
