Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Engagement:

Product Presentations and Demonstrations:

Provide customized solutions based on customers' requirements.

Customer Needs Assessment:

Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, specifications, and challenges.

Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions or products.

Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the solution meets the customer’s requirements.

Sales Proposal & Negotiation:

Prepare and deliver accurate technical sales proposals, including product specifications, costs, and delivery timelines.

Collaborate with the pricing team to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.

Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.

Project Coordination and Support:

Work closely with the project management and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of solutions to customers.

Provide ongoing technical support to clients during and after the sales process.

Follow up with clients to ensure products are meeting expectations and resolve any post-sale issues.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to encourage repeat business.

Provide regular updates and communication to clients about product improvements, new offerings, and service enhancements.
Technical Expertise:
