Job Description

Looking for sales engineer for sales and marketing of Engineering goods like industrial air blowers, valves, pumps etc. for Maharashtra Region.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PREFERENCE
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma / Graduate in Technical Education
EXPERIENCE : Must have 2 – 4 years’ experience in Sales of Industrial Products like Pump, Blower, valves ,Gear Box, etc.
JOB TYPE : Full-time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and sales, helping customers understand how our products and solutions can meet their needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the target market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and decision-makers.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to close deals successfully.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

2. Technical Consultation & Support

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
Conduct site visits, product testing, and troubleshooting as needed.
Collaborate with the engineering and R&D teams to address customer needs and feedback.

3. Market Research & Strategy

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.
Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details.
Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
