Job Description
1. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
2. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
3. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow- up and outbound cold calls & emails
4. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
5. Follow-up with customers and to always stay updated with the product knowledge
