Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• CRM & Data Cleanup: Maintain and update HubSpot records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Sales Support: Research and qualify target accounts, assisting the sales team in identifying key prospects.
• Lead Generation: Assist with sourcing new leads and verifying contact information.
• Marketing Assistance: Support marketing campaigns, including email outreach, social media initiatives, and content research.
• Reporting & Analysis: Pull reports from HubSpot and other tools to provide insights into sales and marketing performance.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data workflows and sales processes.
Requirements
Who You Are:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with data and CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eager to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
