Job Description
- Individual must have good interpersonal skills i.e., good command over his/her communication skills.
- Must be highly motivated and should have leadership qualities and managing people skills.
- Must be willing to travel many places to meet resellers, recruiters develop a relationship with them.
- Must be responsible for the operations of a company's sales force, development and implementation of annual sales, monitoring the performance of teams and sales goals, and meeting with other company managers to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule.
- Must have good product knowledge.
- Must be capable of fulfilling job targets.
- Should have knowledge regarding all major IT security solutions including CCTV camera, SDVR, DVR Card, IP-based solution, Biometric Time Attendance, Access Control, Virtual Central Locking System, Sensor, Central Monitoring System & Accessories.
