Job Description
As we expand our reach, we are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our team and help us grow our customer base.
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our range of air compressors. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the industrial sector for air compressors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information and technical support to customers, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify potential leads.
- Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of air compressors.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote company products and services.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors (experience in air compressors is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of air compressor systems and their applications.
- Technical aptitude to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is a plus.
