Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our products/services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and contact potential customers via calls, emails, or in-person meetings.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
✅ Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet targets.
✅ Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and follow-ups.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
✅ Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Maintain sales records, call logs, and customer details.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
✅ Market Awareness & Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques.
- Provide customer feedback to improve products/services.
