Job Opening: Sales Executive with 2 years’ experience
Job Description:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth communication with customers for order placements, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining optimal stock levels. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks including but not limited to:
Customer Communication:
· Engage with customers via various communication channels (phone, email, in-person) to receive orders and address inquiries.
· Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to queries and concerns, and offering product recommendations as needed.
· Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers to uphold the company's reputation.
Order Processing:
· Accurately record and process customer orders.
· Coordinate with relevant departments such as logistics and warehouse to ensure timely order fulfilment.
· Monitor order status and proactively communicate any delays or issues to customers, offering alternative solutions when necessary.
Inventory Management:
· Conduct regular stock checks to assess inventory levels and identify discrepancies.
· Organize and maintain inventory in designated racks or shelves, ensuring products are easily accessible and properly labelled.
· Collaborate with the warehouse team to arrange incoming stock and replenish shelves as needed.
Sales Support:
· Assist in generating sales leads and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
· Proven 2 years’ experience in sales or retail.
· Willingness to extend working hours when required to accommodate business needs.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
