JD for the position of Sales Executive (Exp. 2 to 4 Years) (Full Time)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Executive to join our Smart and  Safe City Project team at our Bangalore office.   As a Sales executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities within the smart city development market, building relationship with government agencies, corporate houses and key decision makers, presenting customized smart city technologies, and closing the deals on projects like CCTV surveillance systems, IoT sensors, traffic management systems, emergency response technologies and more, while adhering to government processes and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:  

Market Research & Lead Generation :     

·       Identify potential government clients/ corporate companies and key stakeholders within smart city projects. 

·       Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in the smart city domain. 

·       Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.  

Solution Selling and Presentation:             

·       Understand client needs and pain points related to smart city development. 

·       Design and present customized smart city solutions that address specific requirements, including cctv surveillance systems, IoT sensors, traffic management, public safety, energy efficiency, and citizen engagement. 

·       Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities of smart city technologies.                                                                                       

Relationship Building and Stakeholder Management:  

·       Establish strong relationships with government officials, project managers, and decision-makers at various levels within government agencies/corporate companies. 

·       Actively engage with key stakeholders to understand their priorities and influence project planning. 

·       Build trust and credibility with clients through consistent communication and follow-up.                                                                                                                                       

Contract Negotiation and Closure:         

·       Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements. 

·       Ensure smooth handover of projects to the implementation team upon contract signing.                                                                    

Market Awareness:                 

·       Deep knowledge of the smart city market landscape, including emerging trends and key players.  

Experience:             

·       Proven experience in working with smart city technologies, surveillance systems, IoT devices, or similar urban infrastructure technologies preferred.           

Educational Education:              

·       MBA/BBA Or any Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in B2G sales, relationship building and closing deals.  

Languages-  English/Hindi/Kannada
