Job Description

We are urgently hiring for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic software/web development team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation methods.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business success.
Handle incoming queries, converting them into business opportunities.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Maintain and update leads, prospects, and opportunities in the company’s CRM system.
Work with Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) for accurate project scoping.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure client satisfaction and deliver on project requirements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Must have sales experience in IT / Software Company for IT Projects.
