Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a resilient, empathic Sales Executive to contribute to the growth of our company. You will be getting leads from the marketing team, you need to connect to those leads and suggest them about what all interiors they can use for their home and whenever they will visit our experience centre, you need to demonstrate the interiors and make quotation as per their budget. You will also be responsible for handling and resolving the issues in a timely manner. Additionally, you will have to build a strong relationship with the clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations.

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and create a pipeline of prospective customers.

Deliver engaging sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the value and benefits of our products.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the management team.

Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
