Job Description

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.

- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful sales process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Manage and update customer databases with the sales activities, customer details, and other relevant information.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the organization.
- Participate in sales meetings, events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the organization and expand the customer base.
- Report on sales activities, progress, and obstacles, as well as market feedback and insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation and sales support materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support before, during, and after the sales process.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Deep understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer concerns and sales obstacles.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other sales productivity tools.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.
- Thorough understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
- Ability to travel as needed and a valid driver's license.
- Experience in B2B sales, real estate sales, or direct sales is a plus.
