Job Title: Sales Executive - Silent Diesel Generator
Location: Dhanbad & Bokaro, Jharkhand
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 0–5 years in B2B sales preferred
Salary: 10,000 to 12,000 with performance-based incentives
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to strengthen our presence in Dhanbad, Bokaro and Giridih
Key Responsibilities:-
Promote and sell Mahindra Powerol Diesel Generators to businesses, institutions, and individual clients in the assigned territory.

Identify and visit potential customers such as contractors, industries, educational institutions, hospitals, retail outlets, and government departments.

Understand client needs, provide technical information, and suggest suitable generator models.

Prepare and present quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with the back-office team for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.

Maintain records of visits, sales, and customer interactions using CRM tools or reports.

0-5 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial products, power solutions, or machinery.

Local candidates or those familiar with Dhanbad and Bokaro markets will be preferred.

Ability to travel locally for client visits. Own Bike is must,
