· Acquiring Sales through the generation & follow up of leads.
· Analyzing customer behavior to support client acquisition retention through customer enquiries & feedback.
· Should be aware about company’s products & services.
· Should use knowledge to tailor solutions which meets clients’ requirements.
· Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to drive excellent sales.
· Provides first level responses to clients need & requirements.
· Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
· Researching prospects and generating leads.
· Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
· Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
· Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
