Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in IT Infrastructure, Networking, and Security Surveillance solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for MBA freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in sales who are eager to grow their careers in the technology industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales in these specialized sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients in the IT infrastructure, networking, and security surveillance domains using various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals).
- Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate products and solutions to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits tailored to their needs.
- Sales Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate pricing and contract terms, handle objections, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish strong and long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings to better meet customer needs.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and business opportunities in the CRM. Provide regular updates to the sales manager.
- Post-Sales Support: Assist in post-sale activities, collaborating with the technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA or Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred, but not mandatory). Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT infrastructure, networking, or security surveillance (Fresher candidates with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply).
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to IT infrastructure, networking, and security surveillance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, ERP ).
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow within the company.
