Job Description
Job Summary:
A Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. They play a key role in identifying potential customers, presenting products or services, and negotiating contracts to drive revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
2. Sales Presentations & Product Promotion
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Deliver compelling presentations, demos, or proposals to clients.
- Address client concerns and provide relevant information to facilitate decision-making.
3. Negotiation & Closing Deals
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability.
- Close sales deals and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Maintain records of interactions, deals, and customer feedback.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide post-sales support and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle client complaints or issues professionally.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns.
