Key Responsibilities
• Customer Engagement: Call existing and potential customers to promote company products and services. Utilize provided sales scripts and manage customer rejections effectively.
• Order & Lead Management: Accurately record purchase orders and process customer transactions. Generate and forward qualified leads to the outside sales team.
• Customer Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in company products to recommend suitable solutions for customer needs.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets related to call volume and sales.
Requirements
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in sales preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and adherence to sales scripts. Strong negotiation, consultative sales, and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Education: Open to graduates (freshers) or undergraduates with relevant experience.
