Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Sales executive, you will be responsible for guiding a team of sales associate to achieve targets set by the organisation. In the addition to increasing sales, also oversees sales plan, analyse data to help with strategic decision-making and train members of the team.

ROLES:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrices and trends.

Establish and maintain relationships with the key customers.

Lead and motivate sales team to achieve sales goals.

Work on building a new strong team

SKILLS:

Active listening, Strong communication, Positive outlooks, Motivation, Discipline, Transparency and goal-driven mindsets.

QUALIFICATION: Any degree

EXPERIENCE: 6 months of experience in sales department

WORKING DAYS: 6 Working days(Sunday fixed week off)

WORKING HOURS:10:00 am to 7:00pm
