Job Description

Sales Executive at Just Dial is responsible for acquiring new customers and managing existing client relationships. They help businesses register on the platform and sell advertising services. They focus on understanding client needs and providing solutions to drive their business visibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation

Identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calling, field visits, and online communication.
Explain Just Dial’s services and convince businesses to register and upgrade their listings.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.

2. Client Relationship Management

Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide after-sales support and resolve client inquiries or issues.
Upsell and cross-sell Just Dial’s premium services to enhance client engagement.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Present and demonstrate Just Dial’s digital marketing and business promotion solutions.
Negotiate pricing and close deals with clients.

4. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Provide daily/weekly reports on sales performance and market trends.
Work closely with the sales manager to strategize and improve sales performance.
