Role Description: This is a full time job for a Sales Executive at META Realty, Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing Sales activities, building client relationships, conducting market research, negotiating deals, meeting sales targets and reporting.

Responsibilities:
Do market research to determine where the gap is and who is the biggest target with needs.
Cold calling, email marketing, social networking, referrals, etc. are some of the most effective tools to convert leads into sales.
To qualify and prioritize leads, sales professionals focus their efforts on leads with higher chances.
Contact all the leads through phone calls, emails or virtual meetings for building rapport.
Consider client goals, funds, and deadlines.
Supply product/service information to explain its functionalities and advantages hence the consumer may decide to buy.
Provide proposals as well as quotes. Illustrate the optimum solutions.
Successfully bidding and awarding the contract under regulations. Furnish timely order fulfillment along with billing.
Develop compelling sales presentations and pitches that would educate and engage clientele.
Adequately showcase product and services uses in different modes e.g. demonstrations, trials, etc.
Handle the questions and objections confidently by owning the issue.
Apply CRM solution for tracking every buyer’s engagement and resistance to deal close-out.
Manage completely accurate contact records of leads, accounts, and opportunities.
Analyze customer data to find out products/services they could buy additionally.
Have a collaborative effort marketing to maximize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
Collecting and passing on what customers have to say to product managers on their behalf for improvements.
Work in a team with customer support and operations to ensure hassle-free after-sale activities.
