Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that best meet their requirements.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively present solutions.

Negotiation & Closing Deals:

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with prospective clients to finalize deals.

Address objections and concerns from clients and close sales effectively.

Ensure proper documentation of sales agreements, contracts, and other necessary paperwork.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

Provide after-sales support to customers and ensure they are satisfied with the product or service.

Follow up with clients to resolve any issues or concerns and ensure a smooth experience.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.

Track progress against sales goals and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, progress, and results.

Reporting & Documentation:

Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and closed deals in the CRM system.

Prepare sales reports and presentations for management, outlining key metrics and performance.

Maintain a clear understanding of current market conditions, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
