Sales Executive
Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at PACK KING located in Virudhachalam. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales reports, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for customer acquisition.
Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Sales experience, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales Reporting skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of flexible packaging industry and products
- Proven track record of sales success
- Any Degree holder
- At least 1 to 2 years of industry sales experience
- Languages: Tamil and English is must. Any other regional language is good.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
- Identify potential leads and convert them into customers through cold calling, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the management team.
- Conduct presentations, product demos, and meetings with prospects to showcase the benefits of the company’s offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Follow up with existing clients for additional sales opportunities or upselling.
Market Research:
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
- Identify opportunities to expand the company’s reach or refine its offerings based on customer feedback.
Sales Negotiation & Closing:
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
- Close sales by ensuring agreements are signed and all details are finalized.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
- Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to help design campaigns and materials that support the sales process.
- Work with the customer support team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to customer service.
