Job Description
· The Candidate Should Have Pleasing Personality And Good Communication Skills.
· He Has To Advise/Suggest Various Properties To The Client And Show Them The Properties From The Inventory Of The Company.
· He Needs To Regularly Visit New Schemes And Tie-Up For Sales With Them.
· He Needs To Be In Regular Touch With Various Property Dealers And Built Rapport with Them.
· He Should Regularly Meet New Developers And Find/Search New Properties To Build His Inventory.
· Identify and contact potential customers to generate leads
· Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential clients
· Negotiate and close sales deals
· Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
· Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
