Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting property to clients, and addressing the queries.
Responsibilities
· Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and showcase our real estate project.
· Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, and ensuring client satisfaction
· Stay updated on project details to provide accurate information and address customer queries.
· Conduct presentations and site visits to prospective buyers.
· Maintain regular follow-up with leads to convert prospects into customers.
· Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
· Pleasing Personality, Good PR, Social and Networking Skills to enhance customer base.
· Out-Of-the box thinker and deliver for self and the team.
· Report on sales activities to top management with a current and futuristic benchmark.
· Calling and fixing meetings with clients.
· Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network. Assets Galleria Pvt Ltd.
Qualification: Education: Graduate or post graduate 1-4 yrs
