Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify potential customers through various sources such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools or other tracking systems.

Approach and engage prospective clients to present the company’s products or services.
2. Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.

Provide ongoing support, follow-ups, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Product/Service Presentation and Demonstration

Deliver clear and compelling product presentations tailored to the client's business needs.

Demonstrate product features, advantages, and benefits effectively.

Answer questions about pricing, availability, product use, and service agreements.
4. Sales Conversion and Revenue Generation
-
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery coordination with relevant departments.

Achieve revenue goals and contribute to overall business growth.
5. Market Intelligence
-
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Gather feedback from clients and share insights with product development and marketing teams.

Recommend product improvements and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
6. Reporting and Documentation
-
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM software.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

Follow company guidelines and documentation requirements during the entire sales process.
