Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Executive to join a reputed bank. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the bank's financial products and services, including loans, credit cards, savings accounts, and investment products. This role involves building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction while delivering financial solutions that meet clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Promotion:

Actively promote and sell a range of banking products such as personal loans, home loans, credit cards, savings accounts, and investment products to potential and existing customers.

Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable products and services.

Conduct product presentations and provide customers with clear and accurate information about the bank’s offerings.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Provide high-quality customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience with the bank.

Regularly follow up with existing clients to assess their financial needs and upsell or cross-sell additional services.

Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the bank’s overall sales objectives.

Drive new customer acquisition and help expand the bank’s customer base.

Market Research and Networking:

Identify and explore new business opportunities within the market to generate sales leads.

Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor products, and banking regulations to identify new sales opportunities.

Documentation and Compliance:

Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with banking regulations and policies.

Assist clients with the completion of necessary forms and paperwork for banking products and services.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other teams (like operations, credit, and underwriting) to ensure smooth processing of customer applications and services.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
