Job Title: Sales Executive – Retail Jewellery Store
Location: Bandra & Ghatkopar
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 18000-33000 + Incentives
Experience: 0-7 years
We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our team and help customers find the perfect jewellery piece for their special moments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
- Provide detailed information about products, including materials, craftsmanship, and pricing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle billing, packaging, and documentation related to jewellery purchases.
- Maintain the store’s visual appeal and ensure jewellery displays are well-organized.
- Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends and industry knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in jewellery sales or luxury retail preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of gemstones, gold, and other jewellery materials is a plus.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling transactions.
