Sales Executive
Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales to help achieve the company’s revenue goals. This role requires a motivated self-starter who is comfortable making presentations, managing a sales pipeline, and understanding customer needs to recommend suitable products or services.
The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a front-line representative of the company, the Sales Executive plays a key role in building trust with clients and promoting long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, walk-ins, or online platforms.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update leads and prospects in CRM systems.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Meet with potential clients to present the company’s products/services.

Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions or recommendations.

Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and handle any queries or issues.
3. Sales Presentations & Negotiations

Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery conditions within company guidelines.

Work closely with the internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics, finance) to support client requirements and ensure successful deal closures.
4. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate sales records including contact details, sales activities, and deal status.

Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for the management team.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
5. Product & Market Knowledge

Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotional campaigns, industry news, and competitor activities.

Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product expertise and selling skills.
