Job Description

Role Description- This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building client relationships, presenting products to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to driving sales and contributing to the growth of the business.

Qualifications- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Skills required- Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship-building skills, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets

Experience in real estate or property management industry is a plus

Minimum 6 month or currently working candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Business Development:

  • Identify potential customers and business opportunities through market research.
  • Generate leads via cold calling, networking, and online prospecting.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, contracts, and invoices.

4. Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Work with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

5. After-Sales Support:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and support.
  • Address customer concerns and queries in a timely manner.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products/services to maximize revenue.
