Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This position requires a proactive and personable individual with a flair for sales, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide prompt, accurate responses.
- Proactively generate new inquiries through outreach and networking.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients by sharing updates, marketing messages, and new offers.
- Understand clients’ requirements and recommend products or services tailored to their needs.
Business Development:
- Conduct on-site visits to potential customers to present our products and services (as required).
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the brand and connect with prospective clients.
Coordination and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality orders.
- Contribute to sales planning and forecasting.
- Prepare weekly reports on product demand, sales trends, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
Expectations:
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of our product line to provide expert advice to clients.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:
- Experience: 1–2 years in sales, preferably in the printing or garment industry.

- Languages: English, Hindi, and Marathi.
