ROLES and RESPONSIBLITY:

·       Conduct outbound calls to potential real estate clients within Bangalore.

·       Introduce and promote available properties, highlighting their features, amenities, and value propositions.

·       Qualify leads by assessing their requirements, budget, and preferences.

·       Schedule property viewings and appointments for interested clients.

·       Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and facilitate the sales process.

·       Provide accurate information regarding property prices, availability, and legal requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.

·       Familiarity with Bangalore's real estate market and neighborhoods.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally.

·       Basic knowledge of real estate regulations and procedures.

·       Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.

·       High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
