Job Title: Sales Executive - Real Estate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the real estate market

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential and commercial real estate

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners

- Conduct property showings and presentations

- Negotiate and close sales deals- Meet and exceed sales targets

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Strong understanding of real estate principles, practices, and regulations

- Real estate license (required)
