Job Description

This  position focuses on generating sales leads, building relationships with clients, and  assisting them in buying or selling properties. Candidates shall have minimum 3 years experience in real estate field. 

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Identify potential buyers through cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and property portals.

  • Respond to inquiries from clients via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.

Property Showcasing and Sales

  • Schedule and conduct site visits, open houses, and property tours with prospective clients.

  • Present and promote real estate properties to potential buyers and investors.

  • Clearly explain the features, benefits, and pricing of properties.

  • Assist clients with legal documentation, registration, financing, and other processes associated with real estate transactions.

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, price negotiations, and closing documents.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create sales campaigns and promotional activities.

  • Stay informed about the company’s inventory, new developments, upcoming projects, and market trends.

Market Analysis

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.

  • Monitor competitors, pricing strategies, and market trends to remain competitive.

  • Provide clients with accurate information regarding property value, legal matters, and other relevant considerations.

Reporting and Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, property listings, and sales activities.

  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager or Director.

  • Use CRM tools and databases to manage leads and track sales progress.
