Job Description:
- Calling potential buyers and pitching them property options as per requirement.
- Arranging Site Visits for the clients.
- Following up with clients and closing deals.
- Maintaining proper records of all clients follow up and site visit.
- Coordinating with Developers Relationship Managers.
- Negotiating and finalising deals for customers along with developer’s office.
- Visiting projects and collating data of all new and existing projects.
- Attending event and training pertaining to projects for sale.
- Managing and collating data pertaining to all projects being promoted by the company.
- Meeting Landlords and collecting property details as per company’s norms.
