Job Title: Sales Executive - Real Estate

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3-4 Years (Real Estate Sales)
Salary: ₹23,000 to ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Availability: Ready to work on weekends

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Sales Executive to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their real estate requirements and provide relevant solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and property demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by maximum converting leads into bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
  • Participate actively in weekend events and site visits to maximize client engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate domain.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work on weekends as per industry requirements.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach.
  • Fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi is preferred.
