Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Build relationships with clients and customers, and Driving sales through phone calls and other communication channels, advise clients or customer, provide customer service, Research the market and competition, negotiate on price, quantities and specifications, Record sales figures and produce reports
Key duties include Lead generation, Communication, Property Promotion etc.
CONVINCING ABILITY
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management

Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budget.

Provide guidance and assistance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price and terms.

Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Schedule site visits, property tours, and meetings with potential buyers.
2. Property Sales
-
Present, promote, and sell real estate properties (residential, commercial, or plots).
-
Highlight the benefits, features, and value of the property to potential buyers.

Provide accurate and updated information regarding prices, availability, legal status, and payment plans.

Negotiate terms of agreements, close sales, and handle necessary documentation.
3. Lead Generation & Follow-ups

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online portals, and field marketing.

Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up regularly to convert leads into deals.

Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or social media and respond promptly.
4. Market Knowledge & Reporting
-
Stay updated on the real estate market, new launches, price trends, competitors, and legal changes.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities and suggest improvements.
-
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Attend team meetings, trainings, property expos, and open houses.
5. Documentation & Coordination

Coordinate with legal teams, banks, developers, or government authorities for document verification and loan processing.

Ensure all paperwork and contracts are completed correctly and legally.

Guide clients through the entire sales process from inquiry to handover.
