Real estate, Sales, Presentation, Communication

Objective:

To act as a Sales Executive - Residential and Commercial Estate Agent to the prospect and help them make the investment in properties (Plots). You will be on the front end calling the customers, understanding their finances and offering the best solutions from the available resources. You will be playing an important role in contributing towards the company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Own the sales process: inbound lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification.
• Handle Clients queries and their requirements of property.
• Sell real estate Residential and Commercial properties to Individuals, Corporates, and HNIs.
• Show client different available option of properties.
• Build Relationship with HNI clients.
• Go for meetings/ site tour/ inspections with clients
• Database management related to Clients and Properties.
• Report on the deals under various stages of progress with their status.
• Achieve Monthly Business targets.
• Close prospective Clients and ensure Collections.

Interpersonal/ Trade Skills Required:

Communication, Sales, Persuasion, Negotiation, Collaboration

Technical Skills Required:

Having an experience is using CRM.
Good understanding on using Excel sheet.

Other Requirements:

Qualification - Should be a graduate

Years of experience - Minimum 1 plus years in real estate sales (not presales).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift

Supplemental pay types: Commission pay.

Ability to commute/relocate: Vashi , Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
• Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
• Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Language: English, Hindi, Marathi (Preferred but not mandatory)
